How do online loans work?

Our online loan application process is very easy and totally online. To begin, simply click the "Apply Now" button to begin. Fill out the required information in the application form, such as your full name and personal and bank information, and submit your application. Next, you will get a loan decision. If you're approved, you'd choose your loan amount and e-sign the loan agreement if you agree to the terms. Then, your funds are on the way! The money will be sent to your checking bank account by direct deposit within 1 to 2 business days. When it's time to repay, the agreed-upon amounts will be electronically withdrawn from your bank account.

The following are the requirements for an online loan:

  • You must be a resident or citizen of the United States
  • You must be 18 years or older
  • Have a valid government-issued ID
  • Have a Social Security Number
  • Own an active checking account
  • Have a consistent source of monthly income, at least $1,500
  • A valid and active email address and phone number

When will I receive the funds from my online loan?

Receiving loan funds for new customers may vary depending on your application's approval. Upon getting the email notification about your loan approval, follow the following guidelines to determine when you will get your funds:

  • If the lender approves your loan by 10.30 a.m. ET, Monday to Friday, you should get your money by the end of that same day. 
  • If your loan is approved after 10.30 a.m. ET, you should receive your funds on the morning of the next business day.

Kindly note that the specific funding time depends on when your bank processes the money to your bank account. Therefore, contact your bank if you don't get the funds that are supposed to have been received.

Prior to the final approval of your loan, you may receive an email about your loan status. You must check the email address you used to apply since we may request additional details to complete your application. Upon receiving the requested information, we will finish processing your loan.

As for our existing customers, most states have an option for instant deposit of loan money.

How can I repay the Loan?

Payment for online loans is automatically deducted by the lender from your bank account when due. You may also log into your dashboard on your loan provider's website and follow their repayment process. Or, you can contact your lender to arrange repayment.

What is my loan status?

You can view your loan status by visiting your dashboard on the lender's website, or contacting your lender online via chat or phone. Lenders are required to provide clear information on your loan status at any given time to maintain transparency.

Can I reapply after completing the payments?

Yes! You can reapply after the payoff. Some states allow you to apply immediately when you make your payment. It also depends on when your payments reflect since payments made via direct electronic withdrawal from your bank account may take several days to reflect. Immediately after your payments reflect, you're eligible to take out another loan. However, some states may require a waiting or "cooling off" period between successive loans.

What if I cannot pay the amount due on the due date?

If you cannot make an approaching repayment, ensure to contact your lender immediately so that you can work out an amicable solution. Bear in mind that late or non-payment of loans may attract additional charges.
